With ocean views from both inside and outside, you'll enjoy pink sunrises and spectacular sunsets, right from the comfort of home. Chef’s kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals at home while taking in the views. Everything has been freshly remodeled and the home is wonderfully clean with attention to fun detail throughout. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves crashing. Watch the most amazing sunsets. Dine alfresco on your gorgeous deck or enjoy a meal in the sunroom and take in the nearly wall-to-wall views from there. The home features a lovely fireplace for snuggling. Beautiful woodwork and trim throughout the 1930’s house. Comfortable beds and quality furnishings. The kitchen features, a Wolf gas range top, subzero refrigerator, and stunning quartzite counters, and has everything you need to fix a quick meal or a full feast. Guests have access to parking for one car. We live upstairs in the main house but there is amazing separation of space. We are always available to help with anything you need. As 35+ year residents of Aptos and the Monterey Bay area, we have a wealth of knowledge to help make your stay great! Our home is on a small side road just moments away from the beach. The hilltop location makes for some of the best ocean and hill views in the area. The iconic cement ship is part of the beautiful view. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes. A deli, beach-front coffee shop, corner market, and great dining are a quick walk away. You can walk for miles and miles on the beach. Enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets from the house and from the beach, beach comb for sea glass and sand dollars, or just relax! This is a quiet family home, definitely not a party house, but a great place to get away and have fun with friends and family! Once you park your car (we provide one parking spot), you can walk to the beach and a cute deli, coffee shop and great restaurant. A full high-quality grocery store, more restaurants, pharmacy, etc. are less than a mile away. The Monterey Peninsula is a 35 minute drive south and Santa Cruz is just 8 miles north. Aptos is a perfect centrally located base for exploring all of the wonderment of the Monterey Bay. We try to think of everything possible to make your stay comfortable and lovely while you’re in the home and on your deck. We encourage our guests to bring beach chairs, beach towels, and anything else you might enjoy for your beach trips as those items are not provided with the home.
